2. Mr Chamberlain is to be informed forthwith of the arrangements made, whether at Cam- ton or elsewhere, for the reception of the lunatic (Billag or Billas) into an asylum.
3. It is to be observed that it appears from the Chief Justice's letter of the 11th May last that the cost of his removal will be settled as between the Government of Hong Kong and the Chief Justice, and that the expenses of the maintenance will be borne by the authorities at Shanghai.
